Phekny was born and raised in the province but left to pursue his education and goals in Phnom Penh.

She chose public administration as her preferred field of study. She made the decision to enroll in the MRTJC after more than two years of study in order to put her prior training as an admin and MD assistant to use.

Since working and attending school are very different from one another, she learnt a lot at MRTJC. Therefore, she sought to hone her talents further since she wants to see the business grow in the future.
