Mr Hem Sayon
Mr. Sayon Hem, currently Managing Director, MR Training & Jobs Center Co., Ltd and has been creative, result-oriented, Corporate Trainer & HR Business Partner professional with over 15 years of experience in HR Management & Leadership from various industries i.e. Consultancy, Retails, Trading, FMCG, Food & Beverages, Education, Construction & Property Development both Local and Multi-National Companies in Cambodia. Sayon has dual Bachelor’s degree in English Literature and Bachelor’s Degree of Philosophy. He has expertise to train all Soft Skills, Customer Services, Strategic Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partner, Strategic Learning & Development, Performance Management, Leadership Development and Coaching Skills for Leaders. He completed Advanced Train-The-Trainer from Singapore National Employer Federation and Certificate of Completion on Strategy Execution & Organizational Leadership from Harvard Business School Online.
