Having grown up in the Union of Youth Federations of Cambodia (UYFC) family, I’m constantly surrounded by young, energetic and vibrant youth. I see their passion, I hear their stories, I feel their emotions. We spend our time volunteering in the provinces, in rural communities, helping the disadvantaged, we work hard and we play hard. Its time for the next generation to rise up and do even better. My heart is to see each youth succeed in life, at work and at home. I want to share my knowledge, experience and wisdom with them. I want to coach and listen to their joys and challenges. Each person has so much potential and I believe in every person. If each person goes to work happy and contributes positively to the company, I think we can achieve great things. MR Training and Jobs Center matches my personal goals. It’s not easy, there are a lot of sacrifices but it’s all worth it. I can’t do this alone. I have a dedicated team of colleagues so l’m very optimistic about our future. I look forward to working with you, as a job seeker or as a corporate company to make Cambodia a better place.
