Ensure all transactions/activities are completed within timeframe as per SOP requirements and execution. Any exception should be duly escalated.
Lead team member to achieve KPI and monitoring smooth daily tasks.
Problem solving with specific resolutions offered to customers/vendor/carrier/NVO and all related parties which comply with effective result. i.e: Like space issue; equipment shortage or documentation issuance issue. If any challenge, must escalate to team leader timely in order to proceed upper level then resolve.
Maintain long-term relationship with our existing KEY vendor and develop the strategic approach to build up good connection with potential opportunity as well as develop new business for additional upsell trucking/clearance service.
Monitor AR with local vendors with on time payment settlement. Any late, must follow AR procedure to issue late payment charge or related procedure.
Monitor AP with local suppliers and team. Ensure there is no long pending job cost or AP cross month settlement.
Follow timeline of Weekly/Monthly Report submission.
Hold bachelor’s degree.
2-3 years’ experience with logistics industry. familiar with PPT/EXCEL, extremely strong abilities in system learning and application, as well as data analysis.
Positive attitude and willingness to support whole team grow. Work smoothly with team to achieve maximum productivity and work quality to meet customer expectations.
Good command in English both speaking and writing.
