Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a primary expertise in high-end photo retouching and image manipulation. The ideal candidate possesses a sharp eye for aesthetics, color grading, and composition, transforming raw photography into polished, professional visual assets for digital and print platforms.

Advanced Photo Retouching: Execute high-end skin retouching, color correction, frequency separation, and object removal while maintaining natural textures and brand standards.
Visual Asset Creation: Design compelling marketing materials, including social media assets, digital banners, e-commerce imagery, and marketing collateral.
Color Grading & Matching: Ensure consistent color profiles across diverse photo sets and guarantee accurate color reproduction for both web and print outputs.
Collaboration & Workflow: Work closely with photographers, art directors, and marketing teams to align visuals with project goals and tight campaign deadlines.
File Management: Organize, manage, and archive raw and edited image libraries efficiently using cloud storage and digital asset management (DAM) systems.

Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design with a heavy focus on commercial photo retouching (portfolio required).
Software Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (including layers, masks, blending modes, and actions), with strong working knowledge of Illustrator and InDesign.
Technical Skills: Deep understanding of color theory, lighting, perspective matching, clipping paths, and non-destructive editing workflows.
Attention to Detail: Meticulous eye for imperfections, composition balance, and pixel-level precision.
Time Management: Proven ability to handle high-volume photo editing tasks, prioritize multiple projects, and meet fast-paced deadlines under pressure.
