Human Resources

• Assist with recruitment activities, including preparing job advertisements, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
• Maintain and update employee records, employment contracts, attendance, leave records, and personal information.
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Prepare HR-related documents, letters, reports, and other necessary documentation.
• Assist with payroll preparation by providing accurate attendance and leave information.
• Support the implementation of company policies, procedures, and employee activities.
• Respond to employee inquiries and provide HR and administrative support when required.

• Manage daily administrative tasks and support smooth office operations.
• Prepare letters, reports, meeting documents, and other administrative materials.
• Manage office supplies, equipment, and other administrative resources.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, internal activities, and company events.
• Maintain organized filing and documentation of company records.
• Coordinate with suppliers, service providers, and relevant external parties.
• Perform other HR and administrative duties as assigned by management.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of relevant experience in HR, administration, or a similar position.
• Good understanding of HR and administrative procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a team.
• Responsible, proactive, flexible, and willing to learn.
• Knowledge of Cambodian labor law and HR practices is an advantage.
• Good command of Khmer and English is an advantage.
